During the summer of 2020, I realized that the true key/meaning of life is the concept of “Balance”. Finding balance is essential to living a fulfilling and meaningful life because it allows us to navigate the demands of work, relationships, health, and personal growth without becoming overwhelmed or burned out. When we strike a balance, there can be a foundation created for long-term well-being and inner peace. Rather than chasing perfection or extremes, finding balance teaches us to live with intention & always be ready to adapt. However, oftentimes the concept of “finding balance” is mistaken for the idea of chasing perfection or finding “eternal peace”.
